When will my order be shipped?
It is our intention to ship orders within 24 hrs. If we need to build your product up, you will be contacted by email to tell you how long this will take and expected shipping date.
Will all my items be shipped at once?
Yes, we do not ship until your entire order is ready. If there is a delay for some reason you will be notified by email.
I need to make a change to something on my order. How do I do this?
We try to have products packaged and shipped within 24 hours. So if you need to change something regarding your order please email us as soon as possible:
- Use email address apgallery@sasktel.net
- Write the subject "Changes"
- Include your order number
- Include your desired changes.
If your order has already been shipped and you still want a change you will be responsible for return shipping and re shipping fees.
Where can I track my order?
All orders are shipped expedited with Canada Post. You will receive an email with the tracking number attached. Please allow 1-2 days for the tracking number to update once your order has been shipped.
How are your orders packaged for shipping?
All of our framed prints have cardboard corners to protect the corners. Then there is a layer of cardboard on both sides, then bubble wrap, and then another layer of cardboard. Lastly, the packing is completed with brown wrapping paper.
