Shipping


When will my order ship? 

In most cases, orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. We will contact you if your order will not ship in that time frame, with the reason why and the expected shipping date. 

What are my shipping costs?

Shipping costs are based on the size and weight of your order, where you live, and how quickly you wish to receive your order.  You will have 3 options when you get to shipping

How soon will I received my order?

Expedited Parcel ( 3 - 7  business days)

Xpresspost          ( 1-3 business days)

Priority                 ( 1 - 3 business days) 

Shipping may take longer to the U.S.

How is my orders packaged?

All of our framed pictures are packaged with cardboard corners on each corner and then a layer of cardboard. Then bubble wrap and another layer of  cardboard with a brown paper wrap on the outside.

Can I order more than 1 of an item?

If you add another item to the order cart and it allows you to go past 1 you can order more than 1 item.  Depending on how many you order your order may take a bit longer to process.  We do the framing on site and can make multiple frames for items.  If you are wanting more than 1 please email us to see how many we can prepare and the turnaround time for your order.

What if item shows as Out of Stock on the webpage?

If you wish to purchase an item that says it is out of stock, please contact us @ apgallery@sasktel.net.  We will let you know if it is possible to order that item in and how long it will take for us to frame it and ship it to you. 

Tracking Numbers

We ship all of our orders with Canada Post and are trackable.  You will be sent an email that your parcel has been shipped with a tracking number to follow your parcels progress and expected arrival date. 

Damages 

All damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivered date.  No exceptions. 

 

Not all Products Not Shipped as Shown 

We try to make sure all products are shipped as shown however sometimes during peak holiday seasons we may have to ship what is available in stock. 

We do try to contact you to let you know so your are aware but when timelines are tight and shipping time is short we may have to ship what we have as any lag time may delay the arrival of your parcel.  Ex. Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day, etc. 

Try to give yourself enough time to insure you get the item as shown.
