FALL IS IN THE AIR!

I seems like we just said Hello to Summer and although not technically Fall there is a crispness in the air that says it's very near. I. Love. Fall. Love the colors and the crispness in the air. It is invigorating.

Agriculture is a big deal in these here parts ( Saskatchewan, Canada) and harvesting has begun.  It has been a little cooler and wetter than usual and it's been a slow start.  We need several nice sunny days for things to progress.

The photo of the canola fields above and our home page is by Master Photographer Jim Brompton.  It has captured the true essence of the prairies. He has a wonderful eye and you can enjoy more of his artistry here:

We have a wonderful selection of Prairies Scenes in oils by Dan Reid, Bernie Brown pencil art, Jim Brompton's photography and images from Glen Scrimshaw.  You can find them all under the artist listings and as our featured collection for this month.

Depending where you live, fall always seems short and the s*** comes too early.  So where ever you are, get out, enjoy the waning days of Summer as Fall makes it's glorious arrival full of color and fresh air.
