Double matted with a v-groove and a 1 1/4 inch brushed black frame. The finished framed size is 22 inches by 18 inches.
Completed November 10, 2011. This drawing was inspired by youth and excitement of The 2011 Edmonton Oilers, the rich history of the team and the strength of their fan base. With the young Oilers' strong start to the 2011 season, one cannot help but reminisce about the dynasty of the 1980s led by a youthful Gretzky, Messier, Kurri, Coffey and Fuhr. Captured in the left and center sky are these five Oiler greats hoisting the Oilers' 5 Stanley Cups. In the right sky, Hall, Eberle and Nugent-Hopkins lead the team into what should be a strong future. Fan jerseys numbers represent some of the top players throughout Oilers' history.
