Chicago Black Hawks "Red Reign" Game Day Series by Jeremy Bresciani
Double matted with a v-groove and a 1 1/4 inch brushed black frame. Finished framed size is 22 inches by 18 inches.
"Red Reign" captures the excitement of being a Hawks fan on game day as you walk toward both the Chicago Stadium (left) and the United Center (right). I merged the two arenas to capture the complete history of the team. Ghosted in the sky above the arenas are eight of the many great players that have captured the hearts of Hawks' fans since their inaugural season in 1926. From left to right: Bobby Hull, Stan Mikita, Tony Esposito, Steve Larmer, Denis Savard, Jeremy Roenick, Chris Chelios and Jonathan Toews. Fan jersey numbers pay tribute to these players as well as many more, while also representing all incarnations of jersey design throughout Hawks' history. Tommy Hawk welcomes fans to the game on the right while a young fan in front of him proudly wears an Eddie "The Eagle" Belfour mask. The black flag flying in front of the Chicago Stadium reflects the Hawks' first logo while the red flag flying in front of the United Center reflects their current logo.
